RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Return

You may return an item and get a refund, or exchange the item within 30 days from when the item has been delivered. ( Note: you should be responsible for return shipping fees )

Please contact us at service@chicsoon.com include your order number and the reason for your return in your email and we will get back to you soon. We will full refund your money after we get the package.

*Please note that:

– The item must be in the same condition when returning it as it was when you received it.

– The item must be returned in the original or similar packaging as it arrived in and must include hangtags and packaging bag that it arrived in.

Exchanges

Each product can be exchanged once. If you want to change to a more expensive product, you will need to pay the difference in price. If the replacement is cheaper than the original, we will refund you the difference. If the exchange is not due to our fault (quality problem, color difference, or wrong shipment), we will not refund the postage.
